2. Ordering, Payment & Pickup / Delivery

Order Placement: Orders must be placed through our website form, official order links, or verified direct communications. Orders are strictly confirmed once payment or order confirmation is acknowledged by Wholesome Baking Co.
Payment Terms: Full payment (or an agreed-upon deposit for custom orders) is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise arranged.
Pickup & Delivery: Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the designated time and location in Fort Collins, CO. 3. Cancellations, Refunds & Food Safety

Cancellations: Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup/delivery time may not be eligible for a full refund due to ingredient preparation and production schedules.
